Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 48-72 hours of your order confirmation, Monday – Friday. All orders are shipped via UPS SurePost.
We do not currently ship out orders on weekends or holidays. Your shipping cost will be calculated during checkout.
Please note that UPS is currently experiencing delivery delays with all service levels. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days after your expected delivery date to receive your package.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout automatically.
* Our delivery time is generally 5-10 business days. Occasionally, the exact delivery time may change due to unpredictable events such as changing weather.
Note Regarding Deliveries:
Signature is not required. The UPS or USPS driver will leave your parcel at your door, or in a secure location if you are not home.
The estimated transit times above do not include remote US locations, which can take an additional 7-14 business days in transit to be delivered.
We do not currently deliver to the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, P. O boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Daniel E. Silpa, M.d., P.a. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Daniel E. Silpa, M.d., P.a. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Due to limited resources and staffing, as well as the raised cost of operation, we are only able to provide service to addresses within the United States.
